Hi everyone today i have brought with a new recipe, Veggie Open Faced Puffs! These mouth-watering puffs are perfect for an afternoon snack diet. I have the video, recipe and ingredients down below!

Veggie Open Faced Puffs

Ingredients:

  • 1 tomato (each slice cut in half)
  • ½ bell pepper (cut into 1 inch pieces)
  • 1 quarter of an onion (cut in into thin 1 inch slices)
  • 5 scallions chopped
  • ⅓ cup basil leafs
  • 3 square pastry sheets

How to Make:

  1. Take a pastry sheet and roll it out on a floured board to make a 6 by 6 square and cut in half. Do the same with all 3 of them. 
  2. Lay down one slice of tomato on the sheet.
  3. Put the onions and bell peppers on the sheet on top of the tomato.
  4. Then, put some scallions and basil on top. Tear the basil before putting on the sheet.
  5. Fold the 2 diagonal corners of pulling to the center and pressing it securely. Do this to all of them.
  6. Put them in an oven preheated to 370 degrees for 25 minutes.
  7. After they’ve cooled down, serve and enjoy!
